Become a volunteer of the Heart Exchange Support Group and help us promote donor awareness, education, and support! We meet once a month and also schedule weekly visitations for patients awaiting transplants. In addition we coordinate education by participating in events for donor awareness. Contact Us...

During our social activities. We meet on the 2nd Saturday of every month. Come and share with families and patients!
